Blue Rock Quarry Geomodel Update

Fulton Hogan’s Blue Rock quarry operations recently required an update to their geological model. Eltirus were engaged to determine the drilling program locations, organise the drilling contractor, supervise the drilling and collect the samples. Samples were then analysed and photographed using specialised equipment to create high quality graphical logs for future reference and to feed into the geological modelling update.

The new information was then incorporated into the existing model and presented back to the site via a 3D web platform, enabling site stakeholders to create their own sections and representations of the data.
